The 20th Jubilee Scientific Conference "Optimization of Production Systems in Foundries" took place from June 12 to 14, 2023. The event was held under the honorary patronage of the Rector of Łódź University of Technology, Prof. Krzysztof Jóźwik, who graced the opening of the conference with his presence.
The Scientific Conference "Optimization of Production Systems in Foundries" has been organized since 2001 by the Department of Material Technology and Production Systems at Łódź University of Technology, under the auspices of the Foundry Commission of the Polish Academy of Sciences, Katowice Branch.
The conference topics cover issues related to the functioning of enterprises in the foundry industry as a broadly understood production system.
The success of our conference over 20 editions is thanks to the wonderful participants who have created this special atmosphere over the years, including outstanding scientists and entrepreneurs from many centers in Poland and abroad. They are responsible for the prestige of this event, giving it a unique substantive character and creating an extremely friendly atmosphere.
