On September 24, 2024, representatives from our Department participated in the Meeting of the Foundry Commission of the Polish Academy of Sciences, Katowice Branch.
The meeting combined with the award ceremony for the PAN Prof. W. Sakwa Competition for the best master’s thesis in the field of foundry took place as a side event during the International Fair of Technologies for Foundry METAL in Kielce.
The METAL Fair is one of the leading events in the foundry industry in Europe. This year marked the 25th edition of the largest metallurgical industry meeting in Poland. The International Fair of Technologies for Foundry METAL took place on September 24-25, 2024, and was one of several events organized as part of the Industrial Autumn at Targi Kielce.
