On December 13th, students of the Gestion et Technologie program had the unique opportunity to visit the Gillette factory in Łódź as part of their Management de Technologies course.
This visit was not only an opportunity to see modern production processes but also to understand how theory translates into practice in a real industrial environment.
The group of students was accompanied by their supervisors: Prof. Bogusław Pisarek and Paweł Just, PhD, who provided academic support and shared their knowledge and experience. Thanks to their involvement, the students were able to better understand the complexities of technology and innovation management in the industry.
During the visit, students had the chance to familiarize themselves with the latest technologies used in production and understand the importance of continuous process improvement to maintain market competitiveness. The P&G Gillette factory in Łódź is an excellent example of a modern production facility that combines tradition with innovation.
We thank Gillette for their hospitality and the inspiring lesson, which undoubtedly enriched our students' knowledge and motivated them to further develop in the field of technology management.
