The 64th International Scientific Conference "Solidification and Crystallization of Metals 2024" was held from September 18th to 20th, 2024, in Gliwice, at the Malinowski Business Hotel***.
The International Scientific Conference "Solidification and Crystallization of Metals" is organized by the Association of Alumni of the Silesian University of Technology "Foundrymen's Circle"in scientific cooperation with the Department of Foundry Engineering of Silesian University of Technology.
The conference is held under the scientific patronage of the Foundry Engineering Committee PAS Katowice Section of Technological Processes of The Materials Engineering and Metallurgy Committee of PAS.
Our department was represented by Prof. Bogusław Pisarek with the presentation titled "Analysis of the applicability of heat treatment of EN AC-46000 alloy castings made with vacuum-assisted HPDC technology."
